Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If something
isn’t quite right, here’s how you can return your items:

What we expect when you return something

We want you to be chuffed with what you've bought from us. If something's not quite right, here's how to sort it:

You've got 30 days from when your parcel lands on your doorstep to start the returns process. Everything needs to be in mint condition - unused with all the tags still attached. We can't accept anything after those 30 days have passed. Our return policy is subject to the Terms of Service.

How to send something back - dead simple, really

  • Drop us an email: Message info@verlura.com with your order number, and we'll send you a returns form and tell you where to post it.
  • Package it up properly: Make sure everything's securely wrapped, and don't forget to stick the returns form inside so we know what's what.
  • Post it back to us: Send it to the address we give you. Sorry, but you'll need to pay for the postage yourself.
  • Wait for your refund: Once we've had a look at what you've sent back, we'll process your refund within about 10 days.

A bit more about refunds

We'll put the money back onto whatever card or payment method you used originally. Your bank might take a few extra days to show the money back in your account - that's just how they operate, I'm afraid.

Shipping costs and what you can't return

You'll need to cover the cost of sending things back to us.

Some items can't be returned - anything that looks like it's been worn, damaged or altered.

Swapping for something else

If you'd rather have something else instead, just get in touch with our customer service team, and we'll sort an exchange for you.

If we've made a cock-up or something arrives damaged

If we've sent the wrong thing or your item turns up damaged, email us at info@verlura.com with your order details and a snap of the problem. We'll get it sorted quickly, and you won't be out of pocket.

Changed your mind?

No worries! We all have second thoughts sometimes. If you've just had a change of heart, you can still return your purchase within 30 days, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Just follow the steps above.
